This pop up event features two Edinburgh artists; one visual, and one textile. Combined, their artwork touches on the magical and fantastical.

I work with pencil, pen and ink, watercolours and acrylics – from illustrative to realistic, always including some magical, fantastical or spiritual element. Nature is my muse! For this Police Box stall, I shall be bringing along a selection of artwork including original paintings, prints and a selection of other merchandise.

Combining my love for the folkloric, fantastical, and whimsical, and my skills in textile art, costume and storytelling, I create wearable art and curiosities in a unique and colourful style.

Many of my creations are mixed medium but I work heavily with freemotion machine embroidery to create intricate and highly textured pieces ranging from small brooch and pin size up to wall mounted pieces.
